Plant Manager
Based in: JATIWANGI (West Java)
Plant Manager (Jatiwangi-West Java)
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning and directing his/her subordinates and all plant activities in accordance with the franchise agreement and approved Company policies and procedures
Ensure maximum plant output, the correct and efficient operation of the plant operation and services
Meet set Plant efficiency meet targets with the highest quality and the highest practicable efficiencies and utilization, with the lowest cost, and consistent implemented work standard with Company practice and policies and ISO standard.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or Mechanical
Strong technical background and leadership
Having work experience minimum 10 years in technical/production process/QA, with 5 years of working exposure in managing a plant or manufacturing environment or as Plant Manager (with more than 300 people)
Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems
Shows strong leadership, planning and organizing skills
Able to demonstrate high quality and thoroughness in working
Able to work in a “local’’ environment for an International company
Able to drive change without creating antagonisms with existing personnel
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
English literate, verbal and written
Some overseas trainings would be advantageous
