JOB DESCRIPTION
- Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc)
- Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet
- Installing anti virus protection
- Fixing network faults
- Technical support for people using the network
- Training staff on new systems
- Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
- Suggesting IT solutions to business problems
- Troubleshooting IP PBX
Requirements:
- D3 / S1 Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- At Least 2 years experience in service desk / technical desk support
- Proficient Windows Systems, Linux Systems, Networking, Troubleshooting
- Ability to work in individual / team Have high work motivation, energetic, and creative
- Tenacious and hardworking and responsible for job
