A. JOB PURPOSE :
Develop sales activities & results with Bank Partner (Syariah) in designated areas. Responsible to train, develop and motivate Financial Specialist to produce the business volumes required.
B. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Achieving agreed APE & NOA targets for the Area under the charge of the Financial Specialist (FS)
2. Monitoring and maintaining agreed business activities with Bank Partner (Syariah) to ensure high productivity

Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Min. 2-3 years experiences in sales function and managing team
- Moslem - For women must wearing Hijab/veil during & after office hour

- Have a good communication and relationship management skills.
- Good in Bahasa and English (verbal and written)
