Job Description :
Ø Follow up issued PO Import related to costing
Ø Process, Preparing & Checking AP – Import / Local
Ø Monitoring Clearing Account Import / Local
Ø Monitoring Receiving Inventory Import on Quantity and Amount on Inventory Sub System and GL
Ø Process and Monitoring Up Date Purchase Costing
Ø Monitoring Inventory WIP, Finished Good on Q and Amount
Ø Monitoring Actual Cost Unit Production
Ø Reconcile Data GL and Subsystem Inventory
Ø Reconcile Outstanding SA/AR/SP Balance (Sub Ledger & Aging with GL Social Ability)
Requirement :
Ø Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Ø Male, single, age maximum 25 years old
Ø Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal
Ø Have good interpersonal relationship & able to work as team.
Ø Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
Ø Have interest in automotive.
Ø Fluent in English (both oral and written).

Department/Div : Production Control/ Logistic & Parts Complementation
Working Location : Jakarta (MT. Haryono)
Job Description :
* To control daily operation of parts complementation
* Process regular and additional order from importers
* Make purchase order to suppliers
* Arrange and monitoring parts export schedule
* Conduct actual parts export inspection
* Arrange packing and stuffing layout
* Prepare export document
* Monitoring payment to suppliers and forwarding from importers
* Process claim parts
* Make export activity report
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
· Female, preferable single, max 25 years old
· Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
